At Family and Community Support Services (FCSS), we are dedicated to delivering high-quality human services programs, including free counseling, parent education, group programs, and one-on-one support for clients throughout their life course. To effectively collect and manage data from our diverse programs, we needed a data tracking system that was adaptable, secure, and user-friendly. In 2018, we transitioned to Outcome Tracker, starting with the migration of our paper files to electronic records and then developing the necessary forms and tools that FCSS required in order to collect high quality client data.

The Outcome Tracker team worked closely with us for several months to customize the system to meet our unique needs. They helped us create a variety of forms and tools used for data collection, allowing FCSS to track key outputs such as the number of clients served, services provided, and service hours dedicated to each client. They also assisted us in generating reports that effectively communicated these metrics to our various funders.

Since 2018, Outcome Tracker staff have continued to connect with FCSS in order to troubleshoot any issues, write new reports, and tweak FCSS’s forms to better suit our organization’s needs. Thanks to Outcome Tracker and their supportive team, we can now manage our data more efficiently and demonstrate our impact.
