Training
Once configured to your specifications, we train your teams how to use Outcome Tracker so you’re ready to start work as soon as your system goes live. Your implementation manager who worked with you to tailor your system also provides these trainings, so you’ll enjoy continuity of care and understanding.

You may have different teams who’ll use the system differently and multiple user levels, from limited-access volunteers, to regular-access day-to-day users, to full-access administrators. We work with you to ensure that everyone receives the training they need to do their important work.
You also have the flexibility of staging your implementation and training over a time frame that’s best for your teams’ schedules. Some of your work or workers may be seasonal, or dependent on a grant’s funding schedule, or you may need to phase-in multiple programs over time as resources become available. We understand and will work with you.
And when your implementation is done, we transition you to our ongoing services and support, including searchable online help, self-paced videos and classes in our online Resource Center and Learning Center, free regular online trainings, and of course our Customer Support team is always just a click away.
