Portal User Privacy Policy

Introduction

Thank you for using our products and services ("Services"). The Services are provided by NonProfitly, Inc. ("NonProfitly"), formerly VistaShare, LLC, located at 1400 Technology Drive, Harrisonburg, VA 22802. This privacy policy applies to users of an Outcome Tracker client portal.

An "Administrator" — such as a nonprofit organization, an educational institution, a sponsor, or a state agency — can create an Outcome Tracker client portal. You may create your own Outcome Tracker Portal User Account, or your account may be assigned to you by the Administrator. Contact your Administrator for details about creating a Portal User Account.

How Administrators Use Your Data

Administrators use the Services to collect, view, and report on data for people who are associated with the Administrator's programs. Your Administrator assigns permission to users who may view your data. Contact your Administrator if you have questions about their privacy policies.

We may review or reference your data as we implement and support the Services for your Administrator. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate information and provide that aggregate information to third parties.

Data Sharing

We will not distribute or share your personally identifiable data, except:

• If required to do so by law;
• In the good-faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process;
• To enforce the Terms of Service of our agreement with the Administrator;
• To respond to claims that any data violates the rights of third parties; or
• To protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our staff, our users, or others.

We may also share your personally identifiable data as necessary to implement and support the Services for your Administrator. For example, we may share your data with service providers that help protect the security of the Services. If feasible, we will consult with your Administrator before sharing any data.

Integration Partners

We have integration relationships with third-party companies and individuals ("Integration Partners"). These relationships extend the functionality of our Services and the Integration Partner application or service ("Integrated Service") by allowing our Services and the Integrated Service to exchange data and to link processes between the two.

If your Administrator has chosen to use an Integrated Service, your data may be shared with the Integration Partner. Contact your Administrator if you have questions about their use of Integrated Services.

Cookies

Cookies are files web browsers place on a computer's hard drive. They are used to help us authenticate users and provide time-saving shortcuts and preferences. We use a persistent encrypted cookie to save and retrieve individual authentication information as well as other device preferences.

We issue a mandatory session cookie to each user of the Services only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. If you reject this cookie, access to and usage of the Services will be denied.

The following translations of this policy are provided as a courtesy. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall be the official agreement.
