Everything you need to know to access Outcome Tracker from your browser. No software installation required.
The following requirements apply to users accessing Outcome Tracker through a web browser. No software installation is required โ Outcome Tracker is a fully cloud-based platform. System requirements are updated periodically as the platform evolves.
Supported Web Browsers
Outcome Tracker is optimized for use with current and prior major releases of the following browsers. We recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version for the best performance and security.

Browser Settings
The following browser settings are required for Outcome Tracker to function correctly:
- JavaScript: Must be enabled
- Cookies: Must be enabled (session and persistent cookies are required for authentication โ see our Privacy Policy for details)
- Pop-ups: Allow pop-ups from outcometracker.com and vistashare.com for report generation and file downloads
- SSL/TLS: TLS 1.2 or higher required (supported by all modern browsers)
Authentication
Outcome Tracker supports the following sign-in methods:
- Username and password โ available on all subscription tiers
- Google Single Sign-On (SSO) โ available on all subscription tiers
- Custom SSO / SAML โ available for Professional and Enterprise tier subscribers (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, OneLogin, and compatible providers)
Data Export & Reporting
Reports and data exports from Outcome Tracker require the following:
- A PDF viewer (Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent, or built-in browser PDF support) for report downloads
- Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, Google Sheets, or compatible spreadsheet application for XLSX exports
